antp ◊ 2011-11-15 19:38	So tonkatracker moved it back to model name, but I do not understand the reason since no other are listed that way Some are listed as Ford Mustang Cobra, maybe this should changed if not correct, but the II are listed as Cobra II, not as II Cobra.
tonkatracker ◊ 2011-11-15 19:50	The reason there are no others listed this way is because there are no other King Cobras on the site. The King Cobra is more of a separate model than the Cobra II is as the Cobra II is just paint and stripes added by a third party supplier before the car was sold and the King Cobra was done by Ford itself with performance added as well. If we are going to list this as Mustang II King Cobra then all other Mustang Cobras should be listed as Mustang Cobra and the Cobra II should be listed as Mustang II Cobra II, and for that matter all Trans Ams should be listed as Pontiac Firebird Trans Am and SHOs ahould be Ford Taurus SHO etc., etc., etc.

78kcman ◊ 2011-12-29 17:27	I was contacted by the car wrangler for the film back in summer of 2009. They were looking for two black on black king cobras for this movie. I was paid for the use the car and was not charged for the upgrades. they added 15 in tires and wheels, leaf spring extenders,sidepipes that are non functioning and orange neon under car lighting. It was used for interior shooting only and they had it for 10 months. My car is located in New Jersey and the second one is in Canada. It has a 302 V-8 automatic trans,T-Tops,PS,PB and is a low mileage car. I am thinking about selling it due to the mods make it hard to drive so if you know anyone interested just contact me through this site. Not sure on the price yet but will figure it out soon.
