dsl ◊ 2024-11-10 22:11	^ I had same thought, but nothing found - the plate is dead. Issued London July 55 - series ran to Jan 56. 190 SL arrived Oct 55, so a very early UK example - maybe the plate was bagged by arrangement by an eager buyer until their car was delivered a few months later. Film date doesn't give much room for plate to have been on anything else previously, but it's possible. Small plaque is either a GB plate, or perhaps a CD diplomatic identifier (although RXP 1 is not on my embassy plates listing).
