The action of the film is set in an imaginary country , but in real it's Amsterdam ...therefore we can suspect this ambulance (2*) beeing a Mercedes-Benz? ... a Binz?

 I impute the bodywork to dutch coachbuilder Visser. We have one from the same period, also in E.P.D.A. service on the site.
