It's an Iveco Cityclass Castrosua CS 40 City II. It's not an EMT car, probably is part of the urban buses of Alcala de Henares.

The Scania pictured is part of EMT Valencia fleet, has a Carsa body, but is not the model we are discussing.

 There is only a line number 3 in Madrid City. i mmean, there is only a number 3 line on EMT. But that bus stop pole is a fake, is not a EMT pole.

 Actually...

Autobuses de Alcala had Ivecos as well as Scanias, all with the same CS 40 City II body (but built by Carsa instead of Castrosua).

Ivecos had "CityClass" badges above the front wheelarches, which this one seems to lack. And the badges left and right of the engine panel read "Carsa" and "Scania", like on this photo :
