No. I think it's a 1945 CJ-2A.

And since the pic is fine, and the model not on M*A*S*H page, it deserves its own page.

 I've noticed as the series wears on, there are three jeeps used in the show. One has serial #18210717, another has serial #20963388, and a third is a jeep that either remains "blank" or has a different number.

 Minor point but the jeep pic above ep. 7.3 is a Ford GPW. Also note on the other jeeps some have the steel spoke steering wheel while others have the thinker plastic spokes.
