Hang on a minute I think that that car could be actually a 1977 dodge aspen it looks the same but then again they r around the same time frame so they could have the same bodies |

The bumpers are the same for 75 and 76 models. Even the jack slots are in the exact same place. |

Actually the white highway patrol cars could be 1976 as indicated by the fillers in the bumper being grey and not matching the rest of the paintjob applied to the body, a 1976 only feature if I recall. Don't know about the Arkansas police cars though. |
