In my book "The observers's Book of COMMERCIAL VEHICLES" from 1974, ther's one very similar Seddon.
That is called 13: four: 354.

Does that make sence?

Yes 13:Four = 13 ton gross weight four wheeler.
354 is the engine ref. (Perkins, cubic capacity in inches)

The Observers Book of Commercial Vehicles technical info cannot be faulted !
( except there is one page in the 71 edition with mixed up photos, think it is Ford vans from memory!)

This and the Ladybird Book of Commercial Vehicles were the only truck books available in my youth .

We have been listing the Seddon Range as 13/4 etc when the official name is 13:Four etc but not to worry.
To keep us on our toes the 32ton 4 wheel tractor units in same era were called 32:4 !
