These characters are really not well handled by the site, so I'm not for listing them anyway with the current system.
I should take some time to change the encoding of the whole database, but I'm afraid of the risks of side effects, so that should be well tested.

 Titles are already 75 character-long.
Each exotic character is stored as an HTML entity, so & + # + 3 to 5 numbers = 5 to 7 characters for each special character.
