1978 made-for-TV survival movie about a young woman who is a passenger in a small Cessna when it crashes in the Sierra Nevada mountains. With the other passenger and the pilot dying soon after, she's left on her own get to safety despite her injuries, below-freezing temperatures and the rough, and at times impassable, terrain. Based on a true story! Very similar to premise to Hey, I'm Alive and Seven in Darkness, which was the first ABC Movie of the Week but has no cars, making it ineligible for this site :( Starring Blair Brown, David Ackroyd, Michelle Stacey, Vera Miles and G.D. Spradlin.

N735PY is a Cessna 182Q that was brand-new in 1977. Still flying today, based out of New Jersey: https://airport-data.com/aircraft/photo/001717559.html
