Belarusian title: Liohka byc (c with accent degue) dobrym.

Title confirmed to exist by Belarusian Wikipedia's list of Belarusian films.

Belarus and the Ukraine have a large Russian population, opening up a new line for the constitution's newest paragraph:
"Belarusian and Ukrainian films' titles depend on if the films were produced in the West or East. For films produced in Eastern Belarus/Ukraine, Russian titles are used, for films produced in the West: the Ukrainian or Belarusian title."

This film was produced by Belarusfilm, located in Minsk, so the Russian title is correct. Plus, it was produced for Gostelefilm, in the Russian SFSR.

Let's just use an original title from IMDb and add any alternative versions to the AKA list.

Of course in cases when there is an IMDb page...

 I wonder where you draw the demarkation line between West/ East. Based on what? Wikipedia-stated borders? Historical background? Map of languages spoken? And what about central parts of the countries under discussion?

Ignore that, it's a decision I made when I was 18. Nowadays, I only consider it if the studio actually produced a dub in the language. And Belarusian-language films are long only produced by the diaspora or independent film makers anyways (very sad...)

I would like to state that I am not opposed to the Russian language, I simply think using the national language helps cultural development and offers change while scrolling through our Soviet vehicles.
