 I found some references to 外來媳婦本地郎 or 外来媳妇本地郎 as original title. It is strange to have the second one as that series already has the same one: /movie_7803586-Wai-Lai-Xi-Fu-Ben-Di-Lang.html ... but with a different transliterated title.
Both end the same way, but not the transliterated titles, so there is something weird there.
I also found 我的大舊父母 which seems more likely since it matches the one on the IMDb poster/image.
On https://www.filmaffinity.com/es/film914789.html the poster matches the first titles mentioned, but then maybe they got the wrong poster for the movie :D

 我的大舊父母 doesn't match the Pinyin of the title. Since this is a Mainland Chinese film, 外来媳妇本地郎 would be correct.

EDIT: this is a Hong Kong film, so 外來媳婦本地郎 would be correct, though the Cantonese title does indeed correspond to 我的大舊父母.

 But 外来媳妇本地郎 is not this one, it is the other series.
I found the reason of the mix-up on some sites: this is the movie coming from the series, cf https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kang%27s_Family for the series (movie mentioned at the bottom)

 Indeed it matches the entry on Wikipedia, the other site where I found the title had an error then

I see that the title of the series is referenced on IMDb as "new title" in the alternative titles, that does not help either :D
