 I don't think so. You can't copyright a name, but you can trademark it. Problem is, trademarks are only valid within a country. Go to another country and that name won't be trademarked at all.

This is set between late 1996, early 1997 and 2010 and it deals with rise of drug kingpin; Antonios "Tony" Mokbel and his downfall and his flight to Greece, it also deals with the events of the Melbourne Gangland War, these were:

. The murder of the Black Prince of Lygon Street; Alphonse Gangitano at his home in Templestowe, Victoria on the night of the 16th January 1998.

. The wounding of Carl Williams by the Morans Brothers at a park on Barrington Crescent in Gladstone Park, Victoria on the afternoon of the 13th October 1999.

. The murder of Mark Moran outside of his house in Aberfeldie, Victoria on the night of the 15th June 2000.
