This Learjet appears to be a model 35/36. The prototype of this model made its maiden flight in August 1973! Also the registration number (commonly referred to as an "N" number in the US), usually located on the engine nacelles on Learjets, has been hidden, maybe to make it impossible to trace the build date of the aircraft (could be as late as 1994)... http://www.planespotters.net/Aviation_Photos/photo.show?id=363706
