Is Canada filming correct? I don’t see too many vehicles with DRLs. |

According to wikipedia Canada should have DRLs on every vehicle after 1990. So I do believe this was not filmed there or they used american vehicles. |

These vehicles: /vehicle_1097237-Chevrolet-Caprice-1991.html /vehicle_1097232-Chevrolet-Caprice-1993.html /vehicle_1097233-Ford-Crown-Victoria-1992.html /vehicle_1097238-Ford-Crown-Victoria-1995.html were all Toronto-based film vehicles at the time. the 1993 Caprice and the 1992 Crown Vic were used in Blues Brothers 2000 (1998). The Crown Vic may have also been used in BB2000 but painted white and a identical one was used in the first Family Of Cops film (1995, so brand new film car provided by Ford.) Most likely the cars without DRLs had the either burn out or the wiring was pulled. |

another way to disable DRL is to slightly pull the handbrake lever ( on some cars... on my Versa i have to do it before turning on the car otherwise it won't work while my Protegé could do it anytime ) |
