At first he doesn't take it seriously and blows her off but when enough of his audience call in concerned and a psychiatrist has said she sounded serious, what was thought to be a crank call turns into a race against time to prevent the young girl from taking her own life! Set mostly inside a radio station, Robert Culp is excellent as the shock jock; he's a total jerk but you can't stop listening to him. Also a good look into how radio stations were run 50 years ago.
