I first found out about this movie when I read that an actress in the film, Marcia Hathaway (no relation to Anne), was fatally mauled by a shark in Sydney harbor in 1963. I wondered what films she was in and this was one of them. No one has been killed in Sydney harbor by a shark ever since.

I first found out about this movie when I read that an actress in the film, Marcia Hathaway (no relation to Anne), was fatally mauled by a shark in Sydney harbor in 1963. I wondered what films she was in and this was one of them. No one has been killed in Sydney harbor by a shark ever since.
