Define special. It's certainly no masterpiece, but once one accepts it's the Governator blowing things up for half the story, what little of it there is, then it can be enjoyed, and I enjoy it immensely. Plus, it's the unlikliest matchup ever, Dan Hedaya vs. Arnold Schwarzeneggar. And Vernon Wells in leather pants and a chainmail vest.

"I lied!"
