Oh, I've just seen, on the Citroen-pic, that it's probably a German train, not a Soviet one - the Citroen's plate looks like beginning with "SS". So a Russian car wouldn't be probable. |

I'd stay with the Fiat 1100 theory... Cf. http://www.zuckerfabrik24.de/fiat/fiat1100A_1.htm and especially look at the typical doorhandles. In 1937 it was called 508 C Balilla 1100 Berlina Trasformabile, in 1938 it was just Fiat 1100. In 1939 the new 1100 A appeared, but that one ad a different front. Only alternative would be a 1938+ Simca 8 Berline Décapotabile, not impossible to see the French version together with the Citroën truck... |

I would list it as Fiat, I've only some doubts because of this Citroen behind it (which you actually mentioned). |
