This is 1936 Rolls-Royce Phantom III #3AZ47 Hooper Limousine 1st owned by Viceroy Linlithgow (before the roof line was lowered) The car is now in a collection in India. It was a stationary back ground vehicle in a period news clip which was part of the film.
