Yes, you got it. I cannot say, if it's a Prinz I, II or III. The little details about it aren't visible.

In the USA it is most probably a 1960/61 Prinz 30 E (30 indicating the 30 bhp of the Sport Prinz engine, E = Export, more luxury details, US bumpers).
