Directed by one Darcy Conyers. Veterinarian comedy with Leslie Phillips, the good and thorough vet, Peggy Cummins his love interest, James Booth his rival and the bad guy, and Hattie Jacques, the metermaid with a big heart. Here she is with a Milk Float vehicle behind her in the alley: I suppose the van is unidentifyable. One of the main comic asset of the movie being a chimp running on a bicycle, one can guess the film is not very funny… at all. Aimed for children, though the parents can stay with them. The pics are not very good —one is quizzical— but the items are many, and rather exotic for me. Cars, scooters, lorries, all of British lineage, I guess. Please ID them. Merci de votre attention. |

Worth its own page? (The bottle of milk plays a little part.) |

No, there were various models, and I can't be that accurate. |
