I more then understand but I'm a bit surprised that the screenshots turned out like this because the version of 28 Days Later that I got the images from was in 1080p I do not know why the quality was not that good and this is not even the first time that I have encountered this issue

 The movie was shot on a standard definition (576p) digital camera, which is why it looks the same in HD as it does in SD.
