The first pic shows indeed a bridge in Hamburg, the Köhlbrandbrücke over the harbour. The road in the foreground is the Autobahn A 7.
But the second pic is not from Hamburg, it's ca.100 km more North (but it's still the A 7). Underneath there is the "Nord-Ostsee-Kanal", the canal across Schleswig-Holstein. :)


One point at last: the Köhlbrandbrücke contains some remarkable part: the shock-brakers for the vibrations of the steel-cables are original VW K 70-parts, its rear dampers. :D
