But this scene was set(and shot) in Taiwan. If they hadn't "really" gone to Taiwan they wouldn't be faking it with THIS car - we never got the squared-off ("Sunny Traveler/Sunny Van") wagon, only the fastback ("Sunny California") style. |

Yup....and I'm quite improssed by their chiose of car..YLN-303 is one of the most iconic car here in TW(Used by Txai fleets and driving schools around the nation,it's also many people's Vigin car) (and not that easy to get a un-modifed one that is in good shape today.....the body panel of this model is famously easy to be rust(due to the factory work qulty back than),and kind popular for young street tuner to mod for around the past 10 years...So the car still on the road today are usually either old faded daily using car, or highly tuned modfied racer) But same can't be said to some other cars that shown in that episode......for wxample,the Taxi they hired at airport(Toyota Corona Preimo).....that model wasn't even being launched to the market in '95.....I know it's not that easy to find a old taxi here(As the fleets usually replace the cars every few years.And we seems don't have a CVS-ish company for film makers to rent a car,at least,that's what I feel when I will local pop dremas)....but It's still possible to find a older taxi that fit the age. -- Last edit: 2017-09-09 17:29:23 |
