We only use the "Made for" tag for vehicles that have special equipment required for certain countries, like having larger bumpers for North America or extra lights for Europe. I don't know of any special requirements that would make a car in the Ukraine different from the same car in the rest of Europe. |

In 1988 Ukraine was one of SU's republics, so it can't be 'Made for UA' by the historic facts. |
