Seen also in the background in eps 06, 08 Ep. 09 This car: http://www.muzeum-motoryzacji.com.pl/pl/oferta/npics/durant2s1.jpg "Model 6", but perhaps it can be named more exactly. -- Last edit: 2016-05-11 19:27:32 |

I am not yet sure just what to call this car. The Durant Club website refers to the Model 622 - http://www.durantmotors.com/ - and The Standard Catalog concurs with this, but in the Durant Club website is this car - http://www.durantmotors.com/ - which bears some resemblance to the Polish car but is listed as a Model 6-18. Note that the Polish car has vent doors rather than louvres in the hood. The only car I can find with that feature is this 1933 car - http://www.durantmotors.com/ - and this coupe - http://www.durantmotors.com/. Remember of course that Durant was on its last legs by this time so there were no actual distinct model years. If the museum car is in fact a Durant is a very rare survivor. |
