The wheel rims indicate a 1-ton P-30 (Chevrolet) or a P-3500 (GMC) Both make used this fender emblem location from 1978 onwards, so it's hard to clearly identify one over the other. Due to the compactness of the emblem, I'd say that's it's a Chevrolet van... which is anyway the default identification used in the IMCDb when the make can't be clearly seen ⇒ 1978 Chevrolet Step-Van P-30 ?
