Looks closest to 1979 Mini 1100 Special (colour, wheels, black roof), although should have black grille. All 1100 Specials were built in Belgium at Seneffe - I wonder how many other built-in-B cars made it to HK?? |

UK launch was Aug 79, which I guess was start of RHD production for other markets as well. |
