Not E320. This is "Classic" trim (as per above comment) - E320 was only available in Classic trim from 1996-1999, but not after the 2000 model year facelift. Looking at the wheels (hubcaps), this one appears to be a E200 Kompressor. This model came with different wheels, which were narrower (15x7), compared with the 15x7.5 wheels on the E240 Classic.
