A possibility is McCormick-Deering or a Fordson with a fuel tank such as for a McCormick-Deering.

maybe this ?? has the 5 spoke stearing wheel and seems the rear wheels to be same but still no full match

Five-spoke steering wheels must be rather rare, so it could be by the same company.

after more reanalyzing I believe this likely is Fordson Model F with a french Diesel conversion (CLM probably or some other)


this would explain why fuel tank is shorter than original Fordson and front radiator look the same as Fordson but middle sheet metal in middle doesn't quite fit in with rest , because the larger diesel engine doesn't fit
