With the full wheel arch covers over both front and back wheels, this looks like a 1984-only model. The 1980-1983 models only had the half-cover over the rear wheels only. And 1985+ would have "CABRIOLET" badges |

I think the paint is custom. I don't ever recall the convertibles coming in this color, just the hatchbacks in North America. |
