June-Oct 77 plate - I guess a few years younger than the truck?? I think HK vehicles lost their original number and had to be re-registered if - for instance - sold, so this may still be genuine but useless for dating here. |

Just say 1970: for Leyland FG, plate date is not useful to identify the age of the lorry. |
