Article in Dec 2015 issue of Model Collector by bus/truckspotter Nigel Robertshaw from a trip to Cyprus taking lots of excellent pictures of old UK stuff he found, including one of these Bedford "Cyprus village bus" which he IDs as TJ truck chassis with locally-built wooden body. Probably an interesting article for JCB, Sunbar, jfs etc for a wide variety of 1940s-70s familiar makes and types which are finally disappearing into dereliction on roadsides and in potato fields. |
