No, it's a circa 1979 Cadillac Seville. The grille is a custom item.

These grill caps from E&G were popular in the '70s and '80s.

who's car is that it's not Jimmy Conways because he has a buick lesabre, it's not tommy de vito's because he has a buick riviera and that means it's either morrie's or it's frankie carbone's.

I think it was Morry's. If I recall, he asked Ray to drive, and Tommy kills him.

This scene was based on the murder of Russian-Jewish bookmaker, wig shop and hair salon owner and Burke's associate and informant; Martin Krugman who was last seen with Burke at a nightclub owned by Vincent Asaro; the capo for the Bonanno Mob on Rockaway Boulevard in Jamaica, Queens on the night of the 4th January 1979.

It was alleged that when Burke and Krugman arrived at the nightclub, Burke killed him and he then dismembered Krugman's body before being disposed at the present site of the Bruno's Construction & Fences; just down the street from the nightclub.

The motive for Krugman's murder was that he kept pestering Burke about receiving a cut of the proceeds from the heist and that Burke feared that he would talk if he didn't get his cut of the proceeds.

Jimmy told Tommy and Carbone to chop Morrie's body and then dispose of the car, so it's safe to assume that the Cadillac belonged to Morrie.

There is a funny exchange between Tommy and Carbone in this scene

TOMMY: Come on, what are you doing? Get the fuck outta here. I got a better shot letting him [Morrie's corpse] fucking drive. What are you waiting for?
FRANK: The car's cold.
TOMMY: Get the fuck outta here! What fucking warm enough? Get outta here!
