I believe 1977-79 Ford F-Series SuperCab based on the script at the cowl ![]() |

1973-79 for sure thanks to the taillamps, but do you really see something on the cowl in this picture, rjluna2??? With the 2-tone paint, it should be clearly visible in the white part, like a black spot, if a 1977+ logo. -- Last edit: 2015-10-21 14:19:15 |

I don't see the script at the front fender, but barely visible script at the cowl does show. 1973-76 version: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:73-75_Ford_F-100_XLT.jpg 1977-79 version: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:For_Sale_%284155091710%29.jpg |

I can be wrong, but I maintain that the script/logo/emblem, if present there, should be a lot more visible. But it's not the first (and certainly not the last) time that we disagree on what is visible or not on a picture ![]() -- Last edit: 2015-10-21 17:09:51 |

We can list this as Ford F-Series SuperCab until otherwise ![]() |

F-250, and early to mid 70's for sure (still had round headlights) |

I forgot that 1974 was the first year of the SuperCab, in fact. So 1974-79 model as larger possibility. @ kyleandtheclassics: As F-100, F-150 (from 1975 onwards), F-250 and F-350 models could all have the SuperCab and its 155"/3.94 m wheelbase and 8"/2.44 m Styleside bed, what specific detail indicates here an F-250? |

Thanks, achiu31. The first thumb sadly doesn't allow to see anything in the white strip on the cowl. And the second "ends" to soon: it lacks an extra 3 or 4 feet of truck to have the interesting part ![]() Is there a possibility to have a screenshot of the cowl side seen closer? |

That definitely narrows down to 1976/77 grille. |

Thanks for these extra thumbs, achiu31. As I said at first: there is no cowl emblem to help. I think we can stick to the 1976-77 grille identification, which is anyway a lot more precise than 1974-79 (1974 and not 1973, due to the SuperCab) ![]() |

Seems to have amber colour indicator lens which it could indicates 1977 version ![]() |

I'm pretty certain it's a 1977, due to the signal lights above the headlights being amber coloured. It also appears to be a Camper Special, so it's most likely an F250. |
