1959-1960 Buick Electra 225. |

1959 only, Invicta or LeSabre four-door hardtop. Not Electra 225, they had more shiny trim. |

I see badging on the fender, which I'm pretty sure LeSabres didn't have. If that's the case, that would indicate an Invicta, wouldn't it? |

I'm going to say Invicta. |

Sorry I meant Electra or Invicta. Mixed things up here. |

Wouldn't that mean I was right the first time? |

Of the models: Electra Electra 225 LeSabre Invicta I make it to be either an Electra or Invicta. |

Either a plain Electra or an Invicta. |

It would be difficult to make a conclusive decision based on the front fender script alone, though I'd say the Electra's fits slightly better. |

General Motors originally intended for the 1959 Buick to look vastly different. While to some that may not look too bad, here is what the beloved '59 Cadillac's design was originally slated to be, obviously taking influence from the 1951 GM LeSabre show car. |

I'm glad they pulled the plug. The design of the Cadillac may have worked on those extravagant European buses of the era, such as this Ayats Jupiter. |
