J'hésite, j'hésite... / Difficult to see details...

It looks indeed a lot like a 1939-47 Job-Rated T-/V- or W-Series truck. But is what seems to be a V shape in the lower part of the grille:
• the standard chromed "V" on the grille of a 1940 V-Series? The V seems too big for it, i'm uncomfortable with that...
• nothing more than a sunlight reflection (again? ;) ) on the chromed lower grille bars of a 1941 W-Series?

As seen in a post-WWII movie, a 1940+ RHD Canadian Dodge T110 (D-15 or D-60) would be more logical, all the more as I (want to) see what could be the bar that was often put in front of the grille (only on 15 cwt / ¾-ton D15?). But if so, why is it so shinny?
