Certainly looks like an MG TD but I can't decide whether it is the real thing or a replica. The front wheels look odd and I wonder if it might be one like on this page - http://www.kitcarlist.com/mg-kits.html -- Last edit: 2015-05-31 09:15:08 |

I thought exactly the same as nz. Also, look at the dashboard, wrong instruments, although they could have been changed by some idiot. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=VdqUdLPkLug -- Last edit: 2015-05-31 10:39:23 |

The top section of the grille and the raised area the badge sits on looks wrong as well, it is straight at the bottom not rounded. |

What say we call it an MG TD Replica? If it is a replica/copy it isn't an MG but what do we put for the make? -- Last edit: 2015-06-01 00:06:04 |

For well-made replicas we list them as they real one, but with Replica as extra info For bad replicas, we list them as "Custom Made" or "Made for Movie" make. |

The make that produces the replica or kit car! |

Then we've got a lot of replics to rename... Let's start with this one: /vehicle_518214-Shelby-Cobra-427-Replica.html Should be "Kirkham Motorsports 427" or "Kirkham 427," but still origin USA, as it is a company from Provo, Utah. -- Last edit: 2015-06-01 16:59:31 |
