yes, I do not think that 9-3 has this red/white stripe above the rear plate. |

The decor panel was new and standard from 1996, so can be narrowed down to model year 96-97, and without it 94-95, although it can be removed or added as accessory. |

... and on the 9-3 the license plate is usually mounted there, in stead of under like on the 900, since the space is a little deeper. |
