Not a Nissan Navara. Firstly, I don't think the scene is even filmed in Australia - it looks like the American desert to me (too many hills - the Australian outback is completely flat). The vehicle is also left hand drive. Secondly, it's not even a Nissan at all. On Nissan D21 pickups, the lock was located below the handle. 2) D21s had a crease going higher up on the body (lined up with the door handle itself, and going over the front wheel arch).
