It's not a Z/28, it's a Camaro Sport Coupe.

For 1982-1984, Camaros were offerend in three trim levels: Sport Coupe, Berlinetta, and Z/28. The former two can be immediately identified by the lack of ground effects and by the three slots in the front fascia, just above the grille. On Sport Coupes, the fascia was one-piece with amber turn signals. On the Berlinetta, the aeras just inside the headlight pods and slots were separate pieces made of black plastic, and those cars had clear turn signals.

My first car was a 1984 Berlinetta, and following a minor accident I put a Sport Coupe front clip on it...so I know these differences well. :)
