Is it really an AAR? |

Probably not. I'm pretty sure the AAR 'Cuda was 1970 only. |

3 stars. First used by Letty in the Race Wars against the Audi R8 and later in LA getting chased by Jakande's helicopter/ drone, whatever it was. |

The car was only used in a short racing scene in the beginning of the movie and in the final action sequence at the end of the movie so I do not think that it should get 4 stars |

Supposedly it is a 1970 and the same car from part 6. Think they just replaced tail lights with those from a '72? http://salvaggioautodesign.com/index.php/1970-cuda-aar-hemi Link to "www.hotrod.com" And then there's this that has a plaque identifying it as a '71. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wu1prWALcI0 And this shows it as a '73. Annoying. http://www.rwsentosablog.com/fast-furious-7-cars/ -- Last edit: 2015-09-18 17:01:33 |

The car in 6 is a '70/71 body based on the flush-mounted side marker lights. The rear end isn't seen in 6 to see if it has a 70, 71 or 72-74 tail panel. It's *possible* that car is a true '70 AAR 'cuda. The car in 7 has the 72-74 tail and shaved side markers... meaning the surface mounted side markers of 72-74 were removed and the holes filled. While they are not the same car, they play the same car character, "Letty's 'cuda", just as Dom's '70 Charger has been played by several very different Chargers. |

I saw this and the 70 Roadrunner at Universal Studios Florida. Wish I had some pictures of this and the Roadrunner. |
