The roadster alongside the tramway is a Chrysler 70 , 1927.In front of the Chrysler , a small Packard five-passenger sedan but for me this one is more puzzling concerning the date of the movie , 1928.If I see well , it seems to have the cone type headlights and cowl lights which would make it a sixth series standard eight model 626 rather than a fifth series six model 533 which had drum headlights and no cowl lights. It has also the "Daphne at the Well" ( " Adonis" hood mascot that was introduced by Packard on the sixth series in 1928.So I go for a Packard standard Eight five passenger sedan of 1928 ( sixth series model 626 , built august 1928 to august 1929) and this would imply that at least some shots of this movie were made during the fall of 1928. |

The car closest is not a Packard. More likely a Nash from 1925-27. |
