So unless the grille, header panel and headlight/side marker light assemblies were replaced, it's older than 1984. 1983 is also the only year for that grille... I knew someone who had a 1984 Regal Limited that had it's front end replaced by a 1983 front end after an accident in the early nineties, the insurance company didn't bother finding the correct replacement parts for it...
