Weasel1984 ◊ 2006-11-30 20:07	Already since 1986 some Polonezes had 3rd side window, but mostly export models. - 1987, new front in all passenger versions on domestic market (on export and partly also in Poland known already since 1985 - it was the same like in the ca 1980 coupe). New rear doors with embossed spoiler. - 1989, completely new rear end (new taillights, new, bigger 5th door). Side repeaters have been moved next to the doors. Shortly before this modifications at the end of 1988 or in early 1989 also the front end has been a bit modified again - front wall became more inclined to the back (more vertical). It was not restyled by Giugiaro. Prima was only an export name. Majority of those 1987-89 Polonezes was in SLE spec in Poland. -- Last edit: 2011-05-24 23:15:51
