This bus arrived in HK in complete finished condition. The body and the chassis is built in Japan before arrived in HK. This is a re-registered vehicle (even the plate is for filming purpose only, may be a fake plate for filming purpose). No data is found on the plate "EN3463" from PSV circle book. Re-registered an old bus is still common in 1990's in HK to give a fake scene that the bus looked not so old... If more details are needed, please ask.
