Actually its a later C-type Bedford the bright surround to the grille is just visible and is not used on the S-type. The lower part of the surround looks to be in shadow and only the very bottom edge can be seen. Also the Diesel badge is visible.

:??: confused in my case :??:

Location looks to be Bankside Power Station now Tate Modern on the south side of the River Thames.

I didn't recognise the location, (or the lorry) despite having spent many happy hours in either St Christopher House, or the Anchor.

Cinderella not the best simile I suppose :)
I meant as in neglected and elusive , because you very rarely hear of this model .

Cinderella is fine by me...

I remember seeing the first unregistered C-types straight from the factory, looked far better with the extra chrome, but within a few years it was replaced.

Sunbar is right .The location is Bankside SE1 Bermondsey near the new Globe theatre. James Mason walks across road and down ' Cardinal Cap Alley '
He is looking at a row of houses which looked grim then but very expensive now :)

No problem, I'm easily confused anway...

The only thing I actually know is, I've forgotten more than I can ever remember.
