In Mexico, any marque that was above basic transportation (Chevy, Ford, etc.) were considered luxury cars and taxed at a higher rate. So marques like Oldsmobile, Buick and Mercury sold their models under the basic makes name. So yes, there were Chevrolet Cutlass and Century models in Mexico. This one has the Celebrity side windows and is not one of them.
