Not Czech, I think it's the narfow version of DIN 1451. Anyway, the plate is a decorative "showplate" and isn't pretending to be anything else, since the Mini has a US license plate on th back. New pics (has main been upgraded as well?) show 1970s mirrors and home-made arches. Might easily be a Mini 1000 rebuilt as a Cooper lookalike. But probably easiest to leave it unchanged as 1990+ Rover Cooper. |
