This pic isn't sharp enough. I was almost ready to say it was a 1973 Plymouth Fury, but it's so smudged I'd probably be wrong about that. |

I suppose I could see how this could be either a Torino or Ranchero. |

Maybe it's the picture, but the grille looks too tall (to me) to be a 1973, which would make it a 74-76. |
